We normally follow a traditional process of exploring our ideas through sketches using our CAD program. We then hone our design through different iteration exploring proportions, size, color, texture and product environment. Our software enables us to share changes in the designs with our customers through our customer proof process. Once we receive a task, we create an initial proof and send it to the customer, who then gives us feedback on how we can alter the design match their idea and intended usage. We understand the importance of being able to see a visual representation of a product before it is manufactured and we like letting our customers give their input early on in the process and throughout subsequent revisions. In addition to designing projects from concept, we also have a lot of experience with redesigning broken or obsolete parts. If you find yourself in this situation, we will work closely with you to develop these parts. We employ the latest technology to develop engineering data, designs and three dimensional computer-aided designs (CAD). We also utilize Computer-Aided engineering (CAE) and Computer–Aided Manufacturing (CAM) to improve the development planning, tooling/molds, and the final product. We can even perform a design for manufacturability and Assembly (DFM/A) by reviewing your prints, 3D model or sample part.
